Old Staten Island Pt II

I know its blurry but what do you expect lol
Does anyone know where this is? It said Prince's Bay, but i have never seen this house.

    Excellent stuff! The photo of the train on the lawn is the SIRT Mount Loretto Line. This spur was never electrified and brought passengers to and from the home on weekends only. I believe it closed sometime during the 1940's.
